De vacature
Ter uitbreiding van ons Customer Support Team, onderdeel van de afdeling Operations, zoeken we een Technical Support Engineer. In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die ons een breed scala aan vragen en problemen kunnen voorleggen. Soms is een antwoord snel gevonden, op andere dagen ben je druk met installeren en testen van de omgeving om een gedegen onderzoek te kunnen doen.
Natuurlijk zorgen we voor een gedegen interne opleiding en begeleiding om te zorgen dat je goed van start kunt gaan. We verwachten wél dat je zelfstandig probeert om oplossingen te vinden. In deze functie ondersteun je het ZyLAB ONE product wat in een Microsoft Azure omgeving draait. Je gaat aan de slag met de nieuwste Microsoft en Operating Systeem-technologieën, je werkt met SQL Server, Active Directory, Internet Information Services, Windows Server en met diverse 3rd-party tools.
In deze functie werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen, waaronder Cloud Operations, Sales en Research & Development.

Functie eisen
- MBO/HBO werkniveau
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent stress bestending
- Klanten komen bij jou op de eerste plaats
- Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Operating systems, Windows Server, Internet Information Server, MS SQL Server fundamentals, MS Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Windows Sysinternals tools en IT infrastructuur
- Je hebt basis Basic Scripting/coding ervaring in Power Shell / Command Line
