De vacature
For our office in Amsterdam we are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud consultant. As a Service Cloud consultant you help clients in setting up their new Customer Service environment and continously look for and implement improvements. You are hands-on and you, energetic and a team player. You have a couple of years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and other Clouds and are ready for a next step. You want to work with (inter) national clients such as Stichd, Premium Inc. Sapph. And want to be a part of a fast growing team, then we are looking for you. We are a young company of experts with a goal to create seamless shopping and customer service experiences, and offer retailers smart and flexible solutions that increase sales and customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds: Sales, Marketing, Service and/or Platform clouds
- Understanding of Salesforce technology
- Proven experience in Discovery with customer
- Lead and help the team grow further
Jouw belangrijkste taken:

Set-up Salesforce Service Cloud for our retail clients

Lead the team that is responsible for our Service Cloud and B2B projects

Configure service cloud, implement requirements and flows

Work with the PM and developers to embed Service Cloud in the overall architecture with Commerce Cloud and other applications

Work on smaller tickets to improve the service cloud set-up of existing clients
