De vacature

As Product Owner, you take full responsibility for the development and lifecycle of products within your portfolio. In this case, products focusing on Product Delivery! Product Owners create customer value through the product. For this, you use your extensive knowledge of technology, and actively involve customers, partners and colleagues to make product visions a reality for customers.

You do this together with your scrum team. You’re responsible to ensure our customers successfully use the products you own. With your excellent communication skills, you collaborate successfully with colleagues from all departments and branches to achieve this.

What are you going to do as a Product Owner?
You deliver products that belong to the technical foundations of the TOPdesk product. You relate these products to overarching product and company goals, and to the customer value we wish to deliver through our product. Based on product visions, you collaborate with scrum teams to identify opportunities that make these visions reality, to define success criteria, and to select the options that lead to success.

You always weigh the value of these opportunities against business needs. You frequently check in with other POs and the Domain Expert of your product cell to align priorities and to ensure you’re all working towards the same goal
