Are you passionate about sustainability and mobility? Do you want to work in a small team on new software to help achieve the climate objectives? Then we are looking for you!
Fynch is looking for an ambitious iOS and backend developer who can help us improve and continue to develop our applications. The Fynch app helps you to travel smarter and more sustainably by giving you an insight into your travel behavior and by rewarding you for more exercise and more environmentally-friendly journeys. You could call it the Strava for sustainable mobility!
Functie eisen
- You have a diploma at higher vocational (HBO) or university (WO) level in a relevant field, or you have demonstrable programming experience and would like to continue developing your programming skills
- You are eager to learn and don’t accept a method or solution simply because it is the easiest one
- You have experience with building iOS apps in Swift
- You are familiar with Golang and/or Python and are willing to further develop your skills
- You are flexible and working in a dynamic environment excites you
- You can work independently but also understand that good collaboration with the rest of the team is imperative for a solid product
- You feel responsible for the final product and are willing to take an extra step to reach our collective goals
- You have strong communicative skills in English and preferably Dutch.
Jouw belangrijkste taken:

You are responsible for the iOS app, including building new functionalities, fixing bugs, testing, and releasing to the App Store

You work together with your colleagues in the development team to complete backend tasks related to app functionalities

Together with the app lead and product owner, you work on technical, functional, and UI designs for new app functionalities
04
For each release to Testflight or the App Store, you create and share release notes that can also be used for testing
05
You stay updated on the latest technical developments and propose solutions for technical problems
